Trump Replaces Obama Health Care
According to Mr. Trump, Obama Health Care is an unnecessary and heavy financial burden that the American people have had to bear since March 2010. This was a completely one-sided legislative approval both in the House and the Senate which became law by the most contentious and prejudiced president in American history. This has resulted in an extraordinary increase in the cost of medical care and treatment for Americans. Medical treatment for the average person is now selectively doled out because of higher insurance premiums, reduced competition, and limited choices. Trump decides to replace Obama Care which will break down under its own weight of inefficiency and escalating costs and the damage that has already been done unless free market reforms return to the healthcare industry.
Trump has promised reforms that will bring about economic freedom and certainty for all Americans. He said that for broadening healthcare access and makes it more affordable for everyone. Trump said that reforms must begin with Congress because Obama Health Care has become law. Trump proposes to modify existing healthcare regulations that limit the sale of health insurance across state lines. As long as the companies are in compliance with the law, any insurance company will be able to do business anywhere in the country. Trump has said that he will completely retract Obama Care. Individuals will be given the latitude to deduct health insurance premiums from their tax returns. Businesses make deductions for healthcare insurance so Trump contends that individuals must be given the same privileges.
Health Savings Contribution into HAS
Individuals will also be allowed to use Health Savings Contribution into HAS which must be free from any tax deductions. Individuals can bequeath HSA to their descendants. These plans will be specifically liked by younger people who are in the prime of health and can easily afford high deductible insurance plans. These funds can be used by any member of the family without extra cost or any drawbacks. The flexibility and security from HSA will greatly benefit all participants. Trump also says that healthcare facilities must be transparent without any additional costs. Individuals can shop around for the plan that suits them the best. Medicaid will be administered by State governments and not by the federal government.
Trump also proposes to remove all obstructions for drug providers to freely market their products without undue government regulations. Congress will have to take the initiative and stop protecting special interest groups and do what is good for the ordinary citizen. Therefore allowing the import of drugs that are safe and dependable will provide more options to consumers. All these proposed reforms will substantially decrease healthcare costs for the American people. This is just the beginning and other measures will be taken to lower healthcare costs. These measures will remove uncertainty and provide financial security to Americans. Providing healthcare to illegal immigrants costs us some $11 billion annually. If the government were to simply enforce the current immigration laws and restrict the unbridled granting of visas to this country, we could relieve healthcare cost pressures on state and local governments
